Pet friendly, which is an absolute necessity for our family. The location, in terms of accessibility to Fredericksburg, was perfect… out in the country but yet practically in town. The host’s responsiveness was impressive. We had an occasion when the internet signal got sketchy, messing up TV reception, which could have been a real problem (it was Thanksgiving and there’s football). Reached out to David and got it resolved in a matter of minutes. Kids enjoyed seeing the Oreo cattle that were around the property from time to time.

Loved my stay here! Invited some friends to celebrate my birthday weekend- and this place was the perfect space. Ample room for 7 of us, everyone was so impressed. The makeup packs, folded towels, and travel sized soaps were a nice touch to the place, and made it stand out.
My favorite part was the outdoor fire pit. There was plenty of seating around it, and it really made the night perfect. The stars are beautiful out there, and since there’s land nearby, it feels peaceful both at night and in the morning.
The host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. So glad we stayed here- it was a treat!

This house was so comfortable in every way possible. Main street activities were less than 10min away and easy drives to most wineries! The front porch was facing the sun rise so I was able to get a great view with a cup of coffee on the porch! Thank you David for allowing friends and I to have an amazing experience this weekend!

This home was beyond our expectations! It was beautiful, homey, very clean, organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed. Everyone loved it and had all good things to say from location, to the set up, the space, amenities, etc. We are already looking forward to book here again for our next trip. David was super nice and friendly and made checking in and out smooth and the easiest you can think of. He was very accommodating especially with the check in time, being that we all arrived earlier than original check in. Loved that it was a little secluded and gave that country feel. The views at night are spectacular and can't forget the fire pit outside the front yard. We had a nice evening sitting around the fire. I would highly recommend this place!! Everything you get for the price is more than I could ask! Thank you David for making our stay the best and one to remember!
