When you book your stay, you, your friends, and family will have exclusive access to the entire home. From the cozy loft and versatile bedroom to the spacious living area, kitchenette, and luxurious bathroom with a jet-powered tub – it's all yours to enjoy. Feel free to step outside onto the patio and take in the beautiful meadow views. Enjoy a good BBQ at our picnic table and feel free to use the grill. This outdoor area is the only shared space we provide to meet other guests or simply relax in the large unfenced front yard and partake in outdoor activities. While in the small back yard, feel free to get a closer look at our gentle Oreo Cows, but please, for safety, refrain from crossing the cattle fence. Prepare for an unforgettable getaway where you can truly make this extraordinary space your own for a few days.

Welcome to a one-of-a-kind Gathering Barn, located on our 125-acre land, in the heart of the scenic Texas Hill Country and yet only 5-10 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. This unique and rustic Barndominium offers a truly memorable experience, combining the tranquility of the countryside with the convenience of nearby attractions and amenities. As you step inside, you might catch a glimpse of our Belted Galloway cattle, also known as Oreo cows, from the back window. you'll be delighted by a cozy loft upstairs, transformed into a delightful bedroom featuring two comfortable queen size beds. Directly below the loft is another bedroom adorned with a wooden floor. This open bedroom is equipped with two single beds, this room can be made more private by closing the large curtains situated right in front of the bedroom. This versatile space offers flexibility for families or groups of friends traveling together. The downstairs area is a spacious open concept design, perfect for socializing and relaxation. The fully furnished living room is equipped with a comfortable leather couch, a Smart TV, providing access to a wide selection of free movies, TV shows, news, sports, and more. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, and microwave and dinnerware. Please note that although there is a sink in the bathroom, the kitchenette does not have a sink. We take care of the dirty dishes after you check out and we also provide disposable dishes, so there’s no need to worry about washing dishes here. Just enjoy your vacation. After a day filled with exciting activities, indulge in ultimate relaxation in the full bathroom, featuring a jet-powered tub. Unwind and soothe your muscles as you soak in the tranquil atmosphere of this serene retreat. We're delighted to inform you that we happily welcome pets at our Gathering Barn! We understand that your furry companions are an important part of your family, and we want to ensure that everyone has a fantastic stay with us. * Please note that while we allow pets, we kindly request that you adhere to a few guidelines to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. These guidelines include keeping your pets on a leash while outside, cleaning up after them, and ensuring they are well-behaved and respectful of the property and other guests. Smoking Policy: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Barnominium. However, outdoor smoking is permitted, please dispose of ashes and cigarette buds responsibly. (Ash trays are not provided.) Parking: Ample parking space is provided on our property, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you and your guests. You may use the parking garage attached to the Barndominium at your convenience. A code will be generated for you to access this space. Check-in and Check-out: Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, so please let us know in advance if you have any special requests. Your safety is our top priority. We have implemented security measures to ensure a secure environment for all guests. Please exercise caution when using the stairs to the upstairs loft, as they are slightly narrow. Additionally, be mindful when exploring the property, as it is located in the countryside and you may encounter Texas wildlife. Watch your step when walking outside, as there may be small holes in the ground created by wildlife. For your safety, please adhere to any provided safety guidelines. Please note that most gas stations, stores and restaurants close early but Whataburger is open 24 hours a day.
