This was the most gorgeous stay for our group trip to Fredericksburg! So close to so many wineries - just hop on 290 and you’re 5 mins away! We loved sitting on the porch and looking out at the land and cows. Plenty of room and beds for a big group! We would love to come back and book multiple homes under David’s care!

For the price, this was the best Airbnb anyone in our group had stayed at. The house was immaculately clean and provided anything we could need including extra pillows and linens. It was more spacious than we expected and made us feel right at home. David was always quick to respond with any questions we had and was very accommodating. We came for our friends engagement and David seemed to be just as excited as the bride-to-be was. Anytime we come back to Fredericksburg we’ll always hope to stay here.

We used David's space for employee housing. The location was within easy distance to our jobsite plus near many food choices. David was very proactive and always responded quickly to any questions we had and was ready to accommodate when he was able.

We loved our stay! The house matched the description and is great for a group of 8 adults and one child. Plenty of rooms and big open common areas. The surroundings are beautiful! We enjoyed the firepit and grill outside. The drive to town and wineries/brewery is easy. Location is very close to hwy290. The house was very clean and our host David was very responsive. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Great experience, will definitely be back!

The meadow view was amazing. We enjoyed quiet mornings drinking coffee on the porch watching deer crossing the meadow. We found previous guests had left some food in the refrigerator, David showed up to resolve the issue in person. Checked in with us daily to make sure our stay was going well, very attentive and friendly. Love the house and the area.

We loved the location! 10 minutes from downtown but also 10 minutes from popular wineries. Yee Haw is right across the street and we loved it there! Clean and cozy is a great way to describe this home. We had what we needed + had such a picturesque sunrise each morning. Would definitely stay again. There are stickerburs(as you aren’t in the city!) so bring your house shoes. Great responsiveness from David when I messaged him a question.

David’s place was perfect for our large group. Not only did it match the description and pictures perfectly, but he also was extremely communicative and responsive to our questions.
