Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house, which will not be shared with other guests. Please note, however, that there are other properties on the 125-acre estate that are also being rented out for short-term stays.

The Hilltop Farmhouse offers a cozy living room featuring a comfortable leather couch and a smart TV on guest-mode with thousands of free movies and shows, plus the option to log into your own streaming services. This inviting space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Fredericksburg. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious dining area, ideal for family meals. The dining area is conveniently situated between the living room and the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The kitchen itself is a beautifully rustic yet modern space, featuring an electric glass-top stove, a large farmer's sink, a microwave, a toaster oven, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee pot, and a variety of coffee pods, sugar, and creamer. It's perfect for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. The farmhouse includes a comfortable main bedroom on the ground floor, furnished with a king-size bed, an attached full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. A large bedroom with a queen-size bed is located near Bedroom #1 on the first floor, providing ample space for additional guests. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two full-size beds and a walk-in closet, offering even more sleeping arrangements. There are two full bathrooms in the farmhouse. The upstairs bathroom, located between Bedrooms #3 and #4, features a stand-up shower and a bathtub. The downstairs bathroom, near the laundry room and back door, also includes a stand-up shower. For added convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a high-end washer and dryer, with laundry soap provided.
